All live product sales (plants and flowers) are final.
CAN I VISIT THE SHOP?
To visit our shop, simply schedule an appointment for a
personalized experience. Appointments are ideal for event design consultations,
interviews, or one-on-one floral design sessions. This ensures dedicated time
to discuss your specific needs, explore design options, and create unique
arrangements tailored to your vision.
HOW DO I CHANGE AN ORDER?
Please call our shop at 404-382-8787 to change delivery or flower details before the date of delivery otherwise we may have already delivered the flowers. Please have your order number ready!

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY AREA?
Our local delivery is all of Greater Atlanta metropolitan area. We can deliver outside our delivery area with advance notice (additional fees may apply). Please call our shop at 40-382-8787
CAN I PICK UP MY ARRANGEMENT?
Please note, we offer curbside pickup only—our studio is not
open for walk-ins. For curbside pickup, pull up to the designated signs at our
location. Scan the QR code on the sign to let us know you’re here, and we’ll
bring your floral creations right to your car.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR DELIVERY?
The minimum order starts at $50 and increases with distance.
Over 10 miles - $100 minimum | Over 15 miles - $200 minimum | Over 20 Miles,
please call the shop.
WHAT IS THE CUTOFF TIME FOR NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?
Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 2 pm.
(Exceptions: Valentine's Day & Mother's Day require advance ordering).
WHEN ARE DELIVERIES AVAILABLE?
Deliveries are available Monday - Saturday. (Exceptions:
Valentine's Day & Mother's Day when they fall on a Sunday).
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Deliveries are made between 9 am and 7 pm. Due to high
volumes, we cannot guarantee specific times. If you call the shop, somedays we
may be able accommodate an exception.
WHAT HAPPENS IF FLOWERS ARE BEING DELIVERED TO A BUSINESS OR APARTMENT?
Our drivers will call recipients before leaving the shop to
ensure they are available to receive the delivery. This doesn't spoil the
surprise but does add a bit of anticipation.
WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION?
Please confirm that the recipient will be at the delivery
location or that there is a safe, secure space to leave the flowers.
WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT REFUSES THE DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, there are no returns for customers if
recipients refuse to accept the delivery.

HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS LAST?
To keep your flowers vibrant and lasting longer, it's important to care for them properly. Start by changing the water daily or topping it off with fresh water. For best results, trim the ends of the stems under water. You can also add a floral preservative to extend their lifespan. Ensure that your flowers are kept in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight. With this care routine, your flowers should stay fresh for about five days.
HOW TO KEEP YOUR WATER FROM TURNING CLOUDY AND YELLOW?
When vase water turns yellow and cloudy, it’s a sign that bacteria are growing, which can clog flower stems and shorten their lifespan. To keep your flowers fresh, change the water daily and clean the vase. Re-cut the stems underwater with a sharp knife before placing them in fresh water.
IS THERE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR THREE THIRTY FLORALS?

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us immediately. We’re committed to making it right, whether that means replacing your arrangement or finding another solution that meets your expectations.
CAN I REVIVE A WILTED ROSE?
Sometimes, yes. If a rose wilts prematurely, try submerging it in a water bath and trimming the stem underwater. Leave it for about two hours to see if it perks up. However, if the rose is past its prime, it may not revive.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF HOUSE PLANTS?
Houseplants thrive with proper care. Keep them in medium light, water them regularly without overwatering, and avoid placing them in areas with extreme temperatures. Maintaining a consistent environment will help them stay healthy.
SHOULD I PUT MY FLOWERS IN THE SUN?
No, placing cut flowers in direct sunlight or heat will cause them to fade faster. Keep your arrangement in a cool spot, away from sun and drafts, to maintain freshness.
